Depart Nairobi in the morning after hotel pickup. Travel through the scenic Rift Valley viewpoint and Narok town en route to Masai Mara. Check in at Enchoro Wildlife Camp for lunch and some rest. In the afternoon, set out on a game drive to spot lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and abundant plains game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Spend the entire day exploring the Mara with early morning and afternoon game drives. Witness the predator-prey dynamics on the savannah and observe large herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. Optionally, visit a Maasai village to experience traditional songs, dances, and ceremonies, gaining insight into the tribe’s way of life. Return to Enchoro Wildlife Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha. Enjoy lunch along the way, then check in at Leisure Apex Resort. Spend the afternoon at leisure or enjoy optional activities such as a boat ride on the lake to view hippos and birdlife. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Start the day with a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park. Explore its dramatic gorges, hot springs, and cliffs, observing wildlife such as buffalo, zebras, eland, and various bird species. Optionally, cycle or walk through the park with a guide. Afterward, continue to Lake Nakuru National Park for an afternoon game drive, spotting flamingos, rhinos, and other wildlife. Check in at Buraha Zenoni Hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, leave Nakuru for Aberdare National Park, a volcanic mountain range with dense forests, waterfalls, and dramatic ravines. Arrive at your lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing or enjoying wildlife viewing at the lodge’s floodlit salt lick. Overnight at The Ark Lodge or Treetops Lodge.
Depart after breakfast for Mount Kenya and arrive in Nanyuki for lunch. Explore the base of the mountain with a nature walk or visit the Mau Mau Caves, historic hideouts of freedom fighters during the colonial period. Return to Sportsman’s Arms Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Drive north to Samburu National Reserve, a rugged and arid area watered by the Uaso Nyiro River. Samburu is home to unique wildlife species found only in northern Kenya, including reticulated giraffes, Grevy’s zebras, gerenuks, and beisa oryx. Arrive in time for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Umoja Tented Camp.
Spend the day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Watch elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs thrive across the acacia-studded plains. Optional visits to local villages provide insight into traditional Samburu life. Return to Umoja Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.
Enjoy a final early morning game drive before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Depart Samburu and drive back to Nairobi with lunch en route. Arrive in the afternoon at your hotel or airport, concluding the safari with unforgettable memories of Kenya’s wildlife and landscapes.
