End your journey in the iconic Masai Mara, where thrilling game drives provide close encounters with the Big Five and, seasonally, the Great Migration. Depart Nairobi at 07.30am and drive Northwards to Samburu Game Reserve via Mt. Kenya and past Coffee plantations. Lunch is served and game viewing drive en-route to see the rare reticulated Giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Gerenuk and the Somali Ostrich, all of which are rare in other game parks. Full day spent in Samburu with early morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu Game Reserve, which covers 40 square miles (104 square kilometers). Samburu is also home to the third of Kenya's giraffe species - the rare Reticulated Giraffe (only found in the Northern parks). After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru national park via Thompson falls in Nyahururu. Lunch enroute and then afternoon game viewing drives at lake Nakuru national park.

Although Lake Nakuru is primarily a bird sanctuary, there are a considerable number of animals to be encountered, such as many large game animals such as zebras, elephants and gazelles; this is one of our best chances of seeing rhinos.
