Start the day with an early morning game drive before breakfast. Afterward, depart Tsavo East and head to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (approx. 3-hour drive), an isolated area known for its endemic bird species, including the Taita White-eye and Taita Olive Thrush. Upon arrival, check in at Sarova Taita Hills Game Lodge for lunch, then transfer to Sarova Salt Lick Lodge, perched in the heart of the sanctuary overlooking a waterhole. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park (approx. 4-hour drive), a park known for its scenic landscapes, volcanic hills, and wildlife diversity. En route, enjoy wildlife sightings before arriving at Ngulia Safari Lodge, a lodge famed for its open-air design, stunning floodlit waterholes, and occasional leopard sightings. Check in and have lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.
Begin the day with a morning game drive in Tsavo West and a visit to Mzima Springs, a crystalline waterhole where hippos, fish, and sometimes crocodiles and monkeys can be seen. After breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park (less than 3 hours). Arrive in time for lunch at Oltukai Lodge, then enjoy an afternoon game drive across the park’s open plains and swamps. Mount Kilimanjaro provides a majestic backdrop for photography as you watch elephants, lions, cheetahs, and buffalo in their natural habitat. Return to Manjaro Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.
Wake up early for a short morning game drive in Amboseli before returning to the camp for breakfast. Check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch at Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch, you will be dropped off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your safari adventure.
